
I made some falafel today because I already miss everything I've eaten this past semester. I'm going to make the most of my sporadic employment this summer and hone my culinary skills . For this falafel, I just used a basic mix that I found at the grocery store and added some panko for extra crunch. I ate it with whole grain couscous, cucumbers, tomatoes, and hummus.
Next up: Spéculoos and vanilla macarons.
